Thank you for using our Inspection Services. Inspection and Service of Roadworthiness inspection(“RWI”) and Pre-Shipment Inspection(“PSI”) are provided by Autoterminal Japan Ltd,. (“ATJ”).

By using our Services of RWI/PSI for accredited country, You are agreeing to these terms.

• User Registration

Registration for using our Services will be done with your application and our approval of that application.

We may not approve your application when we deem application of registration are inappropriate. And we have no disclosure obligation of that reason.

• User ID and Password Management

You may need ID and Password to use some of our Services. Administrator may be able to change or disable your ID and Password.

When user ID and password combinations match registration information we deem that usage is by registered user.

• Usage fee and payment method

Users shall pay the fees due to the method we specify on our website.

• Prohibitions

Users must not do following acts upon the usage of this service:

• Act that violates the law or public order and morality

• Actions with respect to criminal acts

• To destroy, or impede our server or network capabilities

• Acts that may interfere with the operation of our services

• Any other activities that our Company deems inappropriate

• Termination of this service

Autoterminal Japan is constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.

Autoterminal Japan may stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.

• Notification or Contract 

Contact or notification between the User and our company shall be carried out by the method prescribed by our company.
